Note:     $0.18 per sq. ft. will be charged if Golden Brush Painting supplies the paint.

             There is a minimum charge of $55.00 for full paints.

             There is an additional $50.00 charge for all occupied units.

             Touch-up paints are 75% of full paint charges.

             There is an additional minimum of $30.00 charge on color changes.
